摘要:
苏南发展已进入由工业化中期向工业化后期过渡, 由重点发展向优化发展转折, 由工业文明向生态文明转型, 由全面小 康向基本现代化跨越的新阶段。在这一阶段, 苏南的经济总量指标远高于全面小康指标, 但富民程度不高; 非农产业结构高于全 面小康指标, 但三产比重偏低; 工业化已达到工业化后期水平, 但投入产出效益偏低; 社会建设硕果累累, 但社会结构不合理; 城市化水平高于全面小康指标, 但城市现代化水平不高等阶段性特征。
Abstract:
The economic development in Southern Jiangsu has been in a new phase of transition from medium term of indust ria li zatio n to the la te stag e o f indust riali za tion, f rom key dev elopment to optimi zing dev elo pment , f rom indust rial civilization to eco logical civili za tion and from an ov erall moderately prosperous so ciety to elementa ry moder ni zatio n. The characteristics in this stag e can be listed as fol low s: the eco nomic ag g rega te index , is by fa r hig her than tha t of an ov erall modera tely pro sperous society , the propor tion of w ell- to- do people, howev er, is no t so high; no n- ag ricul tural indust rial- orga nization st ructure i s higher than the index to a n ov erall moderately prosperous so ciety , but the proportion o f the tertia ry indust ry is rela tiv ely low; indust riali zatio n ha s been in the late stag e of industriali zation, but the input- o utput ef fectiv eness is low; g rea t achievements o n co nst ructio n have been made, but unreaso nable social st ructure stil l exist s; the lev el o f urbani zatio n i s hig her than the index to a n ov erall moderately prosperous so ciety , but urba n moderni zatio n i s no t so hig h.
