摘要:
公司不仅是一个经济组织, 而且是一个社会组织。公司社会责任是公司基于社会的希望应当履行的义务, 对社会有利的 影响最大化以及对社会不利的影响最小化。公司社会责任思想是对传统“利润最大化” 理论的一种扬弃。用系统论的观点来看, 完整的公司社会责任应该是由作为动力系统的经济责任、保障系统的法律责任以及导航系统的道德责任组成的有机统一体。
Abstract:
A company is not only an economic organization, but also a social organization. And the corporate should take corporate social respo nsibility expected f rom society, by maximi zing the beneficial impact on the communi ty but minimi zing the adv erse effect s. Co rpo rate social respo nsibi li ty is a di scard to the t radi tiona l thinking of " pro fit maximi zatio n" theory. From the point o f view of sy stem theo ry, the integ rativ e corpo rate social responsibili ty sho uld be an o rganic uni ty made up of eco nomic responsibility, considered as the driving system, legal respo nsibi li ty as securi ty system, as w ell as moral respo nsibili ty as nav iga tion system.
