摘要:
“公使驻京” 是清朝晚期的重大外交问题, 在坚船利炮武力逼迫下, 西方取得了“公使驻京” 的权利。在此过程中, 西 方文明, 尤其是国际公法对宗藩制度造成了强烈的冲击, 最终导致宗藩制度的瓦解。
Abstract:
The issue of Envo ys Staying in Bei jing was a cri tical diplomatic problem during the late Qing Dynasty. The westerners plundered the righ ts by pow erful military fo rce. During thi s process w estern cultures, especially the Public International Law , had a st rong impact o n the clan and vassal , and in the end led to the di sinteg ratio n o f the clan and v assal.
