摘要:
经济适用住房是具有保障性质的商品房, 但由于政策设计的模糊性和建设管理上的不规范性, 以致这一政策在实施过程 中相当程度地“失灵” ; 要解决好这一问题, 必须进一步完善经济适用住房的科学定位和设计标准, 加强其建设和管理。
Abstract:
China economic house is a kind of commercial house provided wi th social securi ty. Owing to the fuzziness in policy desig n and no n- standardization in co nst ructio n and manag ement, the phenomenon of policy lo osing co nt rol , to a g reater ex tent , arose in the pro cess of implementatio n. Some measures should be taken to fur ther perfect i ts scienti fic o rientation and designing sta nda rds.
