摘要:
随着资源型产业由低技术密集型产业向高技术密集型产业的转变, 其产业创新的方式正在发生较大的变化。发展知识密 集型服务促进资源型产业的创新, 政府要为资源型企业有效利用知识密集型服务活动建立良好的平台, 提高资源型企业利用外部 知识密集型服务活动的能力, 积极鼓励企业利用外部知识密集型服务活动, 并使内外部知识密集型服务活动更好地结合, 发挥研 究型的资源型创业企业在资源型产业创新中的积极作用。
Abstract:
Follow ing the transform of resour ceful industry from low - technical industr y to high- technical indust ry, the w ay of innovat io n of resourceful indust ry is changing mo re. It is impo rtant fo r china to pr omote the innov at ion of resour ceful indust ry thr ough developing knowledge- intensive business ser vice. The g overnment should establ ishes favourable plat form for resourcefu factories making use o f Know ledge - Intensive Business Service, enhances the ability of making use o f exteriorKnow ledg e- Intensiv e Business Ser vice for factories, combines interio r Know ledge- Intensiv e Business Servicew ith exterior Know ledg e- Intensive Business Serv ice, act ively brings resourceful research- enterprise into play in the inno vat io n of resourceful indust ry .
