摘要:
闭环供应链是一个包括产品正向交付与逆向回收再利用的闭合循环系统, 其绩效是系统中若干增值过程创造的价值总 和。闭环供应链绩效评价指标体系是基于生产、物流、营销、服务、回收及合作等增值过程设立的, 反应单体企业作业产生的价 值以及企业间合作产生的价值。运用模糊综合评价法评价闭环供应链绩效, 能够科学判断供应链实施效果, 推动闭环供应链的广 泛应用。
Abstract:
Closed- loop supp ly chain (CL SC) is the closed circulation system including p roducts delivery and reversed recycling. CL SC performance is the sum of value created by number of value- added courses during CL SC system operation. Based on the p roduction, logistics, marketing, services, recycling and cooperation, the measurement system of CL SC performance assessment is p roposed accordingly; meanw h ile it reflects the value made th rough the operation of monomer enterp rises and cooperation betw een enterp rises. W ith the app lication of fuzzy comp rehensive measurement method to evaluate CL SC performance, it is expected to evaluate the imp lementation results in a scientific w ay and p romote the w ide app lication of CL SC asw ell
