摘要:
长江三角洲地区是我国综合实力最强的经济中心, 环太湖地区处在长三角地区的核心区域, 对长三角经济区的整体发展 起着举足轻重的作用。环太湖地区率先基本实现现代化进程中, 必须推进区域整合, 加快环太湖区域经济一体化; 强化产业结构 调整, 大力发展高新技术产业; 借助上海优势, 主动融入长三角大都市经济圈并与经济全球化无缝对接; 转变政府职能, 推动政 府主导经济发展模式向市场主导经济发展模式转变; 在保持地区发展速度的基础上, 不断提高人民收入水平; 加强生态保护, 形 成以生态经济为核心的可持续发展格局
Abstract:
T he Ar ea Surro uding Taihu Lake, in the co re area of the Yangt ze River Delta economic zonethe st rongest comprehensiv e economic center in China, plays a vital role in r eg ional economic integ ration. In the process of realizing modernizat ion, it must accelerate regional economic integrat ion, st reng then the readjustment of industrial st ructure, dev elo p hi- tech indust ries; w ith adv antages o f Shang hai, merg e into the met ropolitan Area o f Yang t ze River Delta and connect w ith the w orld's economy ; t ransform go ver nment funct ions and promote gov ernment- based economic model to the market - oriented o ne; on the basis o f maintaining local developing pace, g radually impro ve people's standard of income; strengthen ecolo gical pro tect ion, thus to create an sustainable development str ucture at the core o f ecolog ical economy .
