摘要:
企业是社会的细胞, 是社会和谐的基础。企业的生存与发展离不开和谐的社会环境, 构建和谐社会离不开企业的积极参 与, 企业内部的整体和谐影响和推动着社会的和谐。企业文化的内容契合和谐社会的本质, 企业文化的功能凸显构建和谐社会的 需要, 企业文化建设不仅是构建企业内部整体和谐的动力和保障, 也是推进企业与外部广泛和谐, 构建和谐社会的重要抓手。
Abstract:
Enterprise is the cell of society , as w ell as the fo undation of social harmony. the harmo nious social envi ronment i s indispensible to enterprises ' surviv al and develo pment , a nd const ructing a harmo nious so ciety needs the active participa tion o f enterprises. The who le ha rmony in enterpri se interio r af fects and promo tes the harmo ny of society. The content of enterprise culture ag rees wi th the essence of harmo nious society, a nd the functio n o f enterpri se cul ture manifest s the need fo r co nst ructing a harmo nious society. Eenterpri se cul ture construction i s not only the driving fo rce and guarantee of constructing the who le harmo ny in enterprise interior, but also the starting point o f widely adva ncing enterpri se 's being harmo nious wi th ex terio r and const ructing a ha rmonio us society.
