摘要:
基于少数民族学生英语词汇学习的特点, 在认知学习理论指导下的少数民族学生英语词汇教学应该做到以下几点: 帮助 学生明确英语学习动机, 培养学习兴趣; 进行可理解性的词汇输入, 刺激他们同化或顺化新知识; 对学生进行英语词汇学习策略 的培训; 对少数民族院校教师进行民族政策、民族文化等相关内容的培训。
Abstract:
Basing on cogn it ive learn ing theo ry, the art icle analyses the characterist ics of English vocabu lary learn ing by Ch inese co llege studen t s f rom m ino rity ethn ic group s, and p ropo ses suggest ion s fo r the teach ing p ract ice: enab ling these studen t s to be aw are of their learn ing mo t ivat ion and cu lt ivat ing their in terest in learn ing English vocabu lary; inpu t t ing comp rehen sib le vocabu lary and st imu lat ing English learners to assim ilate new know ledge; t rain ing them in English vocabu lary learn ing st rategies; fam iliarizing English teachers in un iversit ies and co lleges fo r ethn ics w ith relevan t con ten t s in ethn ic po licies and ethn ic cu ltu res.
