摘要:
法律乃善良公正之术。人文精神在法律人才的培养中有着特殊意义。以《经济法》教学为例, 可从以下四个途径着手: 展现教师人格魅力, 增强学生人文意识; 挖掘法学学科内涵, 召唤学生人文精神; 革新教学评价机制, 激发学生人文精神; 开展 法学社会实践, 塑造学生人文精神。
Abstract:
The law i s an a rt o f charity and justice. And there embody some special meaning s in humani tarian spi ri t in the cultiv atio n of law talent s. The follow ing approach es can be adopted in the teaching of economic law: rev ealing teachers 'cha rming perso nality to st reng then students 'humani tarian conscio usness; excav ating deep intension of law course to inv oke student s 'humani ta rian spirit; refo rming teaching evaluation mecha nism to stimula te student s 'humani ta rian spirit and implementing social practical activi ty to mould student s 'huma ni ta rian spirit
