摘要:
辽宁是东北老工业基地的缩影。利用外商直接投资( FDI) 对辽宁老工业基地进行改造与振兴无疑是很好的选择。辽宁 省在利用外商直接投资方面存在投资产业、投资区域和引资来源地过分集中等问题。应充分发挥辽宁省在政策、地理位置、工业 基础及市场等方面的引资优势, 扬长避短, 通过引进外商直接投资, 嫁接改造传统产业, 实现东北老工业基地的全面振兴。
Abstract:
Liaoning is a micro cosm o f the old industr ial bases in Northeast China. It is undoubtedly a goo d idea to apply foreign direct investment to carry o n the reformat ion and dev elo pment o f the old bases. How ever, investment indust ry , investment ar ea and o ver- populated sources of investment absorption are the obv io usly ex ist ing problems. T herefo re, it is essent ial to make use of some investment advantag es in so und policy , geog raphy posit ion, indust rial foundat ion and economic mar ket to realize the booming of the areas by absorpt io n of FDI and reformation of t radit ional indust ry.
