摘要:
学位论文必须具有独创性的特征, 必须符合著作权的属性, 所以学位论文应是申请学位的学生享有著作权的作品。不具 有著作权的职务作品、委托作品等学术作品不应作为其学位论文。
Abstract:
The dissertat io n is characterized by orig inal in creat ion, w hich conforms to the legal att ribute of the copy right ow nership, and it should be the w or k enjoyed the co pyr ig ht by the student s apply ing for the degr ee. On the other hand, such academic art icles w itho ut copyright as duty w ork, f iduciary w ork, and so on can not be taken as dissertat ion.
