摘要:
在刑事诉讼法学的教学中, 引入范例教学理论, 开设模拟法庭, 在教师指导下, 学生通过准备、开庭、总结三个阶段, 将习得的法学理论和司法实践紧密结合起来。模拟法庭教学是对传统刑事诉讼法教学的突破, 但仍然存在不足, 需要不断改进。
Abstract:
Case- based teaching theor y is adopted, w ith simulat iv e court being the case, to teach college students cr iminal procedure law . Under the guidance of the teacher, the theories o f law and judicial pr act ice ar e closely integrated by ex periencing the thr ee stages, that is, prepar at ion, hold a hearing and co nclusion, In preparation, mock tr ial and summar izat ion, student s learn to apply the leg al theo ry into judicial pract ice. Simulat iv e court teaching is a breakthrough in the teaching of criminal pro cedure law , and ther e st ill ex ist s some problems and needs constant impr ovement .
