摘要:
循环经济是对传统伦理观和发展观的重新审视。发展循环经济, 需要对与“传统非持续发展模式” 相适应的现行法律制 度作全方位的变革; 循环经济的生态本质反映在循环经济的立法变革上, 就是要求在循环经济立法的理念上坚持和谐共生的自然 观、敬畏生命的人生观和科学文明的发展观, 在循环经济法律体系构建中, 扩展循环经济法律关系的主体、权利内容和权利客体, 以适应循环经济发展的需要, 同时将生态化理念注入循环经济法律责任之中。
Abstract:
Circular economy is a re- examination to t raditional ethics and the concept of development. To develop circular economy , w e need to make a comprehensive chang e to the current legal system in line wi th " tradi tio nal non- sustained dev elopment model". Beginning wi th the ecolog y ethics obeyed by the legislation of ci rcular economy , thi s thesis states that ci rcular economy legislation should stick to the outlook of harmonious co - existence betw een man and nature, the out look of respecting life, and scientific concept of development. Then a further statement is made on how to penet rate the concept of ecologicalizatio n into the subjects, the object s, the contents and the leg al responsibilities in the course of constructing the legal systems of circular economy.
