摘要:
党的两个先锋队性质和“三个代表” 重要思想作为党的指导思想写入党章是新党章的两个重要理论突破, 是我们党作为 执政党建设的重大理论创新。两个先锋队性质与“三个代表” 重要思想有着紧密的、内在的逻辑联系, 是在历史和时代的变化发 展中统一在一起的。二者统一的基础在于发展。
Abstract:
The Pa rty 's Tw o Vanguard Nature and Three Represents Theory hav e been w ri tten into the Party Consti tution. It i s not o nly a significant historical breakthrough for the new Pa rty Consti tution, but also a great theoretical innovation of our Party as the incumbent party const ruction. The Party 's Tw o Vanguard Na ture and Th ree Represents Theory hav e the int rinsic logical relation, and they are unified in the change and development of history and times. Their unified foundation lies in the development.
