摘要:
《论语》是孔子思想的体现, 研读《论语》, 感悟孔子的治国思想主要有: 领导者提高自身修养是治国的起点; 领导者规 范自身行为是治国的关键; 领导者施行开明的治国政策是治国的核心。孔子认为领导者提高自身修养方法有重学, 立志, 力行, 自省; 领导者规范自身的行为主要是正己和尽职两个方面; 治国政策主要有仁治, 礼治, 德治, 孝治, 名治, 贤治, 诚治, 育治 和革治。
Abstract:
The Analect s is the embodiment of Confucian thinking . By reading it up, w e can realize Confucius' governance thinking : For the leaders, improving self - cult ivation is the starting point for the count ry , regulat ing their ow n behav iors is the key to the count ry, and carrying out enlightened policy is the core of the country . According to Confucius, leaders can self - cult ivate by attaching importance to educat ion, determining, practising, self - ex amining; regulating their behaviors by self- correct ing and fulf illing one' s duty ; and the g overnance policies mainly are benevolence, courtesy , virtue, f ilial piety, fame, worthiness, fidelity , educat ion and reformation.
