摘要:
诚信危机已经成为电子商务发展的障碍因素, 解决诚信危机要从建立电子商务的信用体系入手。信用体系的建设是一项 极其庞大而复杂的系统工程, 必须由政府、企业、消费者以及传媒等多方通力合作, 以道德为支撑, 以法律为保障, 采用科学的 组织管理体系和先进的技术手段来实现。
Abstract:
Honesty crisis has become one of the ob stacles in the E- commerce developmen t. To so lve th is p rob lem , it is necessary to estab lish an E - commerce credit system , w h ich is a huge and comp licated systemat ic p ro ject, and can on ly be realized th rough the cooperat ion of governmen t, en terp rises, con sumers and mass media, etc. , w ith the suppo rt of mo rality, the p ro tect ion of the law , and the app licat ion of scien t if ic managemen t system and advanced techno logy.
