摘要:
师生关系是学校里最主要的社会关系。在教与学这一对矛盾中, 教师只有更新学生观, 理解、尊重学生, 多从学生的角色 出发, 校正自己的教学态度和方法, 才能使教和学达到高度的统一。融洽的师生关系和由此而实现的和谐教学能使教学过程诸要 素之间以及教学过程与教育环境之间始终处于一种协调、平衡的状态, 从而减轻学生负担, 提高教学质量, 使学生得到全面的发 展。
Abstract:
The relationship between teachers and students is the main social relationship in school. In teaching, teachers shou ld renew their concep t of studen t s, understand and respect studen t s, con sider mo re about studen t s, adju st their teach ing at t itude and method, then they can reach the best in teach ing. Harmon iou s relat ion sh ip can make the aspect s in teach ing in a coo rdinate state. Thu s teachers can imp rove their teach ing quality, reduce the study bu rden of the studen t s and help the studen t s develop them selves successfu lly.
