摘要:
体态语是人类交际中常见的一种非语言交际手段, 是以非语言交流的行为形式为基础, 借助有声语言来传递信息、表达感 情实现社会信息交流的一种重要工具。恰当地运用体态语, 可创造安静、整洁、文明、礼貌的借阅环境, 提高读者的满意度和馆 藏资源的利用率。
Abstract:
Body language is a non - language communica tion way which is common in human communication. It is a to ol based on the non- lang uag e behavio r. With the aid of v iv id la nguage, i t can transmit information a nd ex press feeling s, thus reali zing the interchange of social informa tion. Using bo dy la nguage pro perly , it can create a quiet , clean, civi li zed and courteo us env iro nment for the readers to bo rrow and read books a nd co nsequently improv e the reader 's satisfactio n as w ell as the uti li zatio n ratio of the library resources.
