摘要:
责任意识是个体对角色职责的自我意识及自觉程度。当代部分大学生虽然是一个知识水平较高的群体, 却在学习、文明素 养等方面表现出责任意识越来越弱的现象。高等学校作为人才培养的基地, 除了完成基本的教学任务外, 迫切需要转变教育目标, 完善德育工作和激励机制, 强化对大学生责任意识的培养。
Abstract:
Sense of responsibility is a self- awareness of an individual towards one 's role. Although college student s are a g roup people w ith comparativ ely hig h- lev el educatio n, now aday s they tend to show weaker sense of responsibi li ty in study , quality a nd so on. As a perso nal t raining base, the universi ty i s ex pected g rea tly to t ransfo rm i t s educational targ et, to improv e it s mo rali ty t raining a nd inspi ratio n mechani sm, a nd to reinforce student 's awa reness of responsibi li ty.
