摘要:
制造业是常州经济的主导产业。常州制造业基础雄厚, 增长快速, 并已形成了一批具有地方特色的产业集群; 但仍存在着 产业层次不高、产业集中度低、技术创新能力差和产业布局分散等问题。为把常州建设成为现代制造业基地, 今后常州应积极调 整优化产业结构和企业组织结构, 不断推动科技进步, 大力培育产业集群, 进一步发展民营、外资等多种所有制经济, 并做好园 区的整合工作。
Abstract:
Manufacturing , the leading indust ry in Changzhou, which has a solid foundation and develops rapidly, has alr eady formed several indust rial clusters w ith local features. How ever , there are pr oblems of low indust ry- levels, low indust rial concent ration, poor technolog ical innov at ion and decent ralizat io n in distr ibution, etc. In view of the situation, some measur es ar e proposed to solve the pro blems ment ioned above, in order to construct Changzhou as an adv anced manufactur ing base. Chang zhou should opt imize the indust rial str ucture and o rganizatio nal st ructure of the enterpr ises, promo te the scient if ic and technological prog ress, foster the indust rial cluster , reinfo rce the development of private eco nomy and fo reig n- capital economy , and st rengthen the co nst ruct io n and integr ation of indust ry parks.
