以公共政策分析的视角, 剖析我国现行节能政策的制定、执行过程中的特点及问题, 认为设立全国性的能源工作领导机构,
建立完善节能政策相关的政策群以及加大政策执行的监管力度是目前我国节能政策改进的重要方面。
- Abstract:

The article t ries to illustrate the characterist ics and problems in the pr oduct ion and ex ecut ion of
the current policy of saving energ y f rom the v iew of public policy analy sis. Sett ing up a nat io nw ide
administ rat ion to administer all the energy w ork in the country , set t ing up and improving polices inv olving
the sav ing energy policy and enhancing the super vision in policy ex ecut io n are very impor tant fo r the
improvement of the po licy of sav ing energ y.
