摘要:
苏南乡镇企业发展, 不仅在经济层面上, 有力地促进了苏南农村工业化和现代化的发展, 而且在政治层面上, 也构成了苏 南农村社区组织建构过程中一个非常重要的变量因素。上个世纪90 年代中后期普遍进行的以产权制度变革为核心的改制、经济 基础的转变也必然带来农村社区组织关系的重构和制度的创新。以村党政组织为主导, 以功能互补、利益互动为基础, 村级党政 组织、企业组织、非正式组织之间和谐的组织关系正在形成。
Abstract:
The development of rural collectiv e enterpr ises has no t only boosted the pro cess of rural indust rial ization and modernization in south of Jiangsu prov ince in economic dimension, but also become an impetus for the reconstr uction of the rural community o rganizat io n in polit ical dimensio n. In late 1990s, the rural collective enterprises in so uth Jiang su carried out the system refo rm of enterprises, focusing on the refo rm of the institutio n of pro perty right s. The chang e of eco nomic foundat ion inevitably led to the reconstruction of the relat ionship betw een rural community org anizat ions. T he new harmonious relatio nship betw een the party branch, villag e commit tee, enterprises, and informal org anizat ions, is coming into being in the rur al community , based on funct ion cooperation and benefit react ion.
