摘要:
非智力因素是保证成功进行各种活动的必要心理条件。在英语专业课程学习中, 学生的非智力因素能够直接转化为学习动 机, 把学习当作自觉行为。教师应注重学生兴趣、情感、意志、性格等非智力因素的培养, 讲究教学艺术, 建立宽松互动的学习 环境, 使学生的非智力因素在学习中起到重要作用。
Abstract:
No n- intel lig ential factors are the necessary psycho logical co ndi tions to ensure the success o f all kinds of activi ties. During the study of the courses fo r Eng lish ma jo rs, non - intellig ential facto rs can st raig htly turn into the student s ' mo tiva tion for study. Then the students wi ll rega rd study as thei r selfconscio us behavio r. The teachers should pay enoug h a ttention to the culture of the student s ' interest, passio n, willpow er, character and wha t no t. They should al so pay pa rticular at tention to teaching ski lls and establish a happy a nd f ree envi ronmentin w hich there are eno ugh interactions betw een the teacher a nd the students so that the students ' no n- intellig ential facto rs w ill play an impor tant par t in thei r study.
