摘要:

在市场经济条件下, 企业的财务管理决不仅仅是靠财务人员就能做好的, 而应该有企业管理人员、工程技术人员以及其他 工作人员的广泛参与。从培养复合型人才的角度讲, 要提高学生的综合素质和就业竞争能力, 高校应该重视非财会专业的财务管 理教学工作。非财会专业的财务管理教学工作目前存在着教师重视不够、学生学习兴趣不大、没有合适的教材、教学方法针对性 不强等问题。高校专业教师应该认真研究有关问题, 采取有效措施, 做好非财会专业的财务管理教学工作。

Abstract:

U nder the condit ion of market economy, the en terp rise’s f inancial managemen t w ill depend no t on ly on the accoun tan t s bu t also on the managers, engineering techn ical personnel and o ther staff. F rom the viewpo in t of cu lt ivat ing talen ted personnel w ith comp rehen sive know ledge, the un iversity shou ld pay mo re at ten t ion to the teach ing of f inancial managemen t to studen t s of non- accoun t ing majo rs to imp rove the studen t s’ compet it ive ab ility. There are some p rob lem s in the p rofessional teach ing of f inancial managemen t. Fo r examp le, the teachers do no t at tach impo rtance to the wo rk; the studen t s do no t have enough in terest in study; there are few su itab le teach ing materials; the teach ing method does no t su it the studen t s of non - accoun t ing majo rs. P rofessional teachers in un iversit ies shou ld study the relevan t p rob lem , adop t effect ive measu res and imp rove the teach ing of f inancialmanagemen t.
