摘要:
在市场经济条件下高校基建财务人员在加强日常财务管理的同时, 必须树立起高度的工作责任心, 抓好事前监督、事中监 督、事后监督三个环节, 全面理解、贯彻执行《高等学校财务制度》, 管好用好各项基本建设资金, 提高基建财务管理水平, 以 有限的投资, 获得最大的投资效益。
Abstract:
Under the co ndi tio ns of the ma rket economy, perso nnel respo nsible for financial ma nagement of inf rast ructure building in colleges and univ ersities should streng then thei r daily fina ncial manag ement. In o ur w ork, w e must establish a high degree o f accountability in three aspect s: prio r superv isio n, superv isio n during the co nst ructio n and supervi sio n af ter the const ruction. We should fully understa nd a nd implement the“ Fina ncial Manag ement System for Colleges and Univ ersi ties,” pro perly ma nage and use the funds so as to enhance the financial manag ement o f inf rast ructure building wi th limi ted inv estment , the fastest bui lding pace a nd maximum inv estment returns.
