摘要:
参加创业计划竞赛是对大学生进行创业教育、培养创业意识、提高创业能力的有效途径。创业计划团队优劣是影响创业计 划成功的重要因素之一。运用模糊层次分析法分析并解决团队评价问题, 能够更加科学、合理地构建和评价团队, 为创业计划的 评审和实施提供一种新方法。
Abstract:
Bu siness p lan con test is an effect ivew ay to fu lf ill bu siness educat ion fo r un iversity studen t s, and it is also a good w ay to develop their aw areness and ab ility of do ing p ioneering wo rk. The quality of the team is one of the impo rtan t facto rs of the success of the bu siness p lan. App lying fuzzy- analyt ic h ierarchy p rocess (FAHP) method to analyze and so lve the p rob lem of team evaluat ion is a new w ay to make and evaluate the quality of the team scien t if ically and rat ionally.
