摘要:
江苏工业学院党委坚持以人为本的管理理念和人性化的工作方式, 在干部队伍建设的过程中, 以承认干部的主体地位为前 提, 以促进干部的全面和可持续发展为目的, 以教育培训创新为手段, 以干部的能力建设为宗旨, 在实践中不断进行探索, 逐步 形成自身的工作特色。
Abstract:
The Party Committee of Jiangsu Polytechnic University have been carrying out their work creatively , sticking to the " people- oriented" administ rativeideology and humanizing w orking sty le. The administ rative perso nnel take the cadres as the subjects and t ry to promote their comprehensive and sustainable development . At the same time, they of fer oppo rtunities for their creat ive educat io nal t raining so as to enhance the cadr es' ability. In practice, they ex plore cont inuously and gradually fo rm their ow n. w orking characterist ics.
