摘要:
技术要素参与收益分配是分配制度改革的必然趋势, 但它必须要有一系列的制度相配套。因此, 在推进技术要素参与收益 分配的过程中, 必须加强以产权制度为核心的制度环境建设, 从而更有力地促进科技自主创新。
Abstract:
It's a tendency in the reform of the distribut ion that technical factors should be considered in the interest s' dist ribut ion, but it should be accompanied with a series of reg ulat ions. Therefore, in the process of promot ing technical factor s co nsidered in the interest s' dist ribut io n, more attent ion should be paid to establishing the inst itut ional environment , w hich focuses o n the property- r ig ht system, so as to improve the independent cr eat ion effect ively.
