摘要:
专业英语教学要达到“学生以英语为工具获取有关专业所需的信息”的要求。目前理工科专业毕业生在专业英语的水平上 有较大一部分达不到这个要求。改变这种现状, 要从完善教学大纲、精选教学内容、改进教学方法、严格考试考核等几个方面着 手。
Abstract:
The requ iremen t of special English teach ing is fo r studen t s to ob tain info rmat ion relevan t to their specialt ies w ith the English language too l. P resen t ly mo st graduates of engineering majo r canno t meet th is requ iremen t. M easu res mu st be taken to perfect the syllabu s, to imp rove teach ing con ten t and teach ing methods, and to standardize the exam inat ion system.
