摘要:
虽然有许多人对学生评教的重要性不理解, 但学生评教还是被许多美国大学普遍用来对教学质量进行监控。学生评教最常 用的方式是问卷调查, 标准化的问卷调查便于进行统计、分析和研究, 有利于对教师进行科学、合理的评价, 从而改善教学, 提 高教学质量。当然, 如何看待评教结果、给学生成绩的高低对评教结果的影响等问题有待于进一步研究。
Abstract:
A lthough many peop le do no t understand the impo rtance of the evaluat ion of teachers’ effo rt s by the studen t s in Ch ina, studen t s’ evaluat ion is a common method to in su re the quality of educat ion, adop ted by mo st American un iversit ies. O ne of the mo st common ly u sed methods is quest ionnaire. Standard quest ionnaire is u sed to co llect and analyze stat ist ics, to do research and give teachers an unp rejudiced evaluat ion so that teach ing can be imp roved. O n the o ther hand, how to view the resu lt s of the evaluat ion and the inf luence of giving studen t s’ h igh credit s o r low ones are p rob lem s w h ich need fu rther study.
