摘要:
“修旧法, 择其善者而业用之”是管仲社会改革的基本原则, 它的提出有其特殊的社会背景。“修旧法”的核心内容是“尊 王”, 而“择其善者而业用之”的目的则是“图霸”。管仲在旧制度中寻求突破, 而他成功的改革则成为了春秋战国时期的社会变 革的滥觞。
Abstract:
“Fo llow ing established law s one sho uld select the best”is Guanzho ng 's basic principle of social refo rm w hich was bro ug ht up on a part icular social background. Follow ing established law s means respect ing the king , and the purpo se of select ing the best is to hatch supremacy. Guanzhong wanted to break the old sy stem, and his successful r eform helped br ing about later social reform in Spring and Autumn Period.
