摘要:
案例教学是战略管理课程教学的必然趋势, 开发和提高学生的能力是案例教学的一大特点。通过比较传统教学(主要指讲 授教学法) 与案例教学的优点和不足, 确定了战略管理课程传统教学与案例教学课时的比例, 即案例教学课时占总课时的比例以 30%为宜。精心准备案例教学、有效控制案例教学过程、积极参与案例讨论、合理的评分系统是案例教学成功的基础。同时在案 例教学中, 教师与学生的角色要注意转换。
Abstract:
Case teaching in st rategic manag ement is a n inevi ta ble t rend; it can dev elo p and improv e student s ' abi li ty. The paper compares th e t raditio nal teaching and case teaching. 30% i s a sui table propor tion o f case teaching hours to to tal teaching ho urs. To make goo d preparations for ca se teaching, to cont rol case teaching process ef fectiv ely , to take part in case discussio n activ ely, and establish rational evaluating system are impo rta nt facto rs fo r successful case teaching. The teacher i s an o rg ani zer a nd student s are principal pa rticipants in case teaching. Their roles a re dif ferent f rom those in the t raditional teaching.
