摘要:
综观日本教育的近现代史, 可以发现日本的教育法规演变的过程可以分为三个阶段, 以《学制》《教育令》《学校令》为代 表的第一阶段, 是日本近代教育法规的形成时期。以《学校基本法》为代表的第二阶段, 是日本近现代教育法规的发展时期, 而 《终身学习振兴法》的颁布则标志着日本现代教育法规的成熟与完善阶段的到来。
Abstract:
Loo king th ro ugh th e histo ry of Ja pan 's education, w e can find tha t the co urse of dev eloping in educa tional reg ula tions can be divided into three stages. The fi rst stag e i s marked by early rules such as " Scho ol Sy stem", " Educatio nal Reg ulatio ns" and " Schoo l Reg ula tio ns". " The Basic Law of the school" represents the seco nd stage, the developmental stag e of Japan 's modern educatio n. The i ssue o f " The Study Law o f Revi tali zing All the Life" marks the ma turi ty and perfectio n o f Japan 's mo dern education reg ula tions.
