摘要:

随着苏州经济在长三角地区的跨越式发展, 尤其是其在招商引资工作中的显著成绩, 今日苏州愈加成为全国关注的焦点。 综观苏州市成功利用外资的主要实践, 给人以深刻的启示: 要抓好招商引资, 必须立足实际解放思想, 创新招商思维; 转变政府 职能, 积极构建服务型政府; 大力发展产业集群, 增强产业竞争优势。

Abstract:

W ith the economy of Suzhou expanding acro ss the t riangle region of the Changjing river valley, part icu larly it s advances in invit ing ou t side investmen t and fund, Suzhou is increasingly becom ing the focu s of nat ional concern today. A comp rehen sive view of Suzhou in mak ing u se of fo reign cap ital successfu lly gives one great in sp irat ion: effect ive at t ract ion of bu siness investmen t depends on liberat ion of the m ind and innovat ive w ays to at t ract bu siness investmen t, changing the governmen t po sit ion and set t ing up a service governmen t act ively, develop ing the indu st ry group st rongly and st rengthen ing the indu st ry’s compet it ive advan tages.
