摘要:
个人的实践过程和从他人及自己教学经验中吸收教育知识是青年教师能力提高的关键。实践证明, 打破传统的入职教育模 式, 让青年教师在教学实践中充实知识、积累经验、认识教育、学会教学, 是教育改革的趋势。学校为此要组织丰富多采的教学 实践活动, 积极创造条件, 关注青年教师的个性发展和健康成长。
Abstract:
Self - pract ice and o thers' or one' s own teaching ex periences play a key ro le in dev elo ping pr ofessional ability. It is proved that educat io n reform is to break through the stereotypes in teacher t raining and help young teacher s enrich their know ledg e and experience, achieve a better understanding of educat ion and teaching in actual pract ice. And univer sity sho uld create a variety o f t raining pro grammes to associate these young people to g et access to their perso nality development and full grow th.
