摘要:
在竞争的市场环境下, 企业要想在市场上占有一定的份额, 必须具备不为公众所知悉, 能为企业带来经济效益, 具有实用 性, 并经企业采取保密措施的技术信息和经营信息等商业秘密。建立和完善约定竞业禁止制度是商业秘密保护的重要手段。
Abstract:
In a compet it ive market environmen t, if it w an t s to occupy a p lace in the market, an en terp rise mu st po ssess some p ract ical bu siness secret s such as techn ical info rmat ion and managemen t info rmat ion, w h ich are unknow n to the pub lic bu t can b ring econom ic p rof it s to the en terp rise. To bu ild and perfect the system of p rom isso ry compet ing - fo r - job - p roh ib it ion is the impo rtan t measu res to p ro tect the commercial secret s.
