摘要:
抗日战争时期, 张闻天为抗大第三期毕业的同学作了《论待人接物问题》的演讲, 对干部和青年在待人接物方面提出了要 有伟大的胸怀和气魄、要有循循善诱与诲人不倦的精神、对人要有很好的态度、要适当对付“坏人”等要求。这些要求蕴涵了张 闻天尊重差异、求同存异, 宽宏大量、博爱仁慈, 至诚忠恕、言而有信, 从谏如流、敬谨周密等伦理思想。这些伦理思想对我们 今天构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。
Abstract:
In the period of the War Against Japan, Zhang Went ian g av e a lecture entit led “How to Dealing w ith People”to the graduates of the third session of the Anti- Japan University. Zhang Went ian requested that the cadres and the y outh should have a br oad mind and g reat cour ag e in dealing w ith people, guide others step by step and teach them t irelessly , be kind to people, deal w ith bad perso ns proper ly, etc. These request s showed Zhang Wentian's ethic thoughts such as a broad mind, univ ersal kindness, respect ing the dif ferences, seeking common g round w hile reserving dif ference, being sincere and loy al and co nsiderate, alw ays keeping one' s promise and so on. T oday , these ethic thought s have impo rtant realist ic meanings in our ef fort s to build a social ist harmonious society .
