摘要:
在低年级大学生中培养、发展党员是高校党建的基础性工作, 做好该项工作既是实现“低年级有党员, 高年级有党支部” 工作目标的保证, 又能促进优良班风、学风的形成, 也有利于青年大学生的健康成长。
Abstract:
The party member recruiting among the f reshmen or sophomores is basic work of the party building in university . Taking good care of that jo b is to ensure the achiev ement of the wo rk g oal “Party members serving in junior grades; Party branch funct ioning in senio r grades", and it also cont ributes to the const ruct ion of ethics in the class and school , and to the vigor ous gr ow th of yo ung univ ersity student s.
