摘要:
随着改革开放的不断深入和各项建设事业的不断发展, 特别是中国正在逐步成为世界加工中心, 这意味着需要数以亿计的 高素质的劳动者和数以千万计的实用型专门人才。为此, 高职教育坚持以社会需求为目标、以就业为导向、以产学结合为基础、 以“双师型”师资建设为核心, 是加大实用型人才培养力度的关键。
Abstract:
With the fast development of our economy and society, hundreds of millions of qualified workers and tens of millions practical and technical talents are needed. So higher occupat ional educat ion shou ld be adap ted to the needs of the society and the job market, comb in ing p roduct ion and study as a basis and con st ruct ing " doub le- p rofession" teach ing staff as a co re. Th is is a key to st rengthen ing the cu lt ivat ion of p ract ical talen t s.
