摘要:
使用测试方式对企业管理人员的人格特征和动机水平之间的关系进行研究。结果发现, 企业管理人员的总体动机水平普遍 较高; 大五人格方面, 宜人性、智力开放性较低, 而情绪性、公正性则较高; 动机中的认知驱动力与人格的宜人性因素呈极其显 著的负相关, 与外倾性因素呈显著的正相关, 与情绪性、公正性因素呈显著的正相关; 自我提高驱动力与人格的情绪性因素呈显 著的负相关。
Abstract:
The authors studied by testing the relationship between motivation level and personal characteristics of managers. The resu lt s show ed that the managers’ mo t ivat ion w as h igh in general. The degree of agreeab ility and open - m indedness w as low , w h ile emo t ional stab ility and con scien t iou sness were h igh. Cognitive drive and ex t roversion w ere co rrelated remarkab ly, bu t cogn it ive drive and agreeab ility were not highly correlated. The cogn it ive drive and emo t ional stab ility and con scien t iou sness w ere also co rrelated remarkab ly. Self - enhancemen t drive and emo t ional stab ility w ere no t h igh ly co rrelated.
