摘要:
确立新的执政理念是有效执政、长期执政的根本保证, 是贯彻执政宗旨的基本要求, 是完善执政方式、提高执政能力的客 观需要。我们应坚持立党为公、执政为民的理念; 坚持执政兴国的理念; 坚持科学执政、民主执政、依法执政的理念; 坚持求真 务实、开拓创新、勤政高效、清正廉洁的理念。文章还提出了进一步加强党的执政理念建设的三方面措施。
Abstract:
Establ ishing new principles o f gov erning is the guarantee of ef fect ive and last ing rule. It is also the basic r equirement for achieving the aims o f r uling. We need new principles in perfecting our metho d of go ver ning and improving our ability to rule. We sho uld st ick to the follow ing principles: constructing the Party and r emaining in pow er for the benefit of the people and for the prosperity o f our nation; gov erning the people under the g uidance of science, constitution and the concept o f democracy ; seeking t ruth; being pr act ical, innovat ive, diligent and honest in performing our of ficial dut ies. T he author has also put fo rw ard measures in three aspect s to enhance the pr inciples of go ver ning.
