摘要:
针对目前高校毕业生面临日益严峻的就业形势, 本文从毕业生如何寻找合适的岗位、提高就业率等角度出发, 对毕业生就 业定位、就业心理、材料制作、求职技巧准备以及应该注意的问题等提出了有一定指导意义的见解。
Abstract:
Faced with the increasingly grave situation of the job market, the authors put forward some guiding views on the graduating students’ evaluation and psychology of employmen t, skills of application such as resume preparat ion, and some o ther no tab le quest ion s, in o rder to help the graduat ing studen t s to get suitable job s and imp rove the emp loymen t rate
