摘要:
在市场经济条件下, 由于人才结构的矛盾以及社会发展和人才自身发展的需要, 市场配置人力资源日益突出, 人才流动不 可避免。面对高等教育迅速发展的形势, 高校应努力营造良好的人才成长、发展环境, 在积极发挥广大教职工办好高教事业的积 极性、留住人才的同时, 采取有效措施, 积极引进优秀人才, 建设一支实力雄厚的教师队伍, 这是高校发展应该解决的首要问题。
Abstract:
Under the impact of market economy , the problem of talents structure is becoming all the more serious. With the social and personal development , the flow of talents is unav oidable, so the allocation of perso nnel is increasingly important. With the rapid dev elopment o f higher educatio n, co lleg es a nd univ ersi ties sho uld create a go od env iro nment for talents development . The first and foremost ta sk for the college dev elopment is to take effectiv e measures to bring the ini tiativ e a nd abili ty of cur rent teachers into full play while int roducing talent s to build a st rong teaching team.
