摘要:
本文从机械类应用型本科人才的基本素质和人才培养模式的三个不同层次, 分析了当前人才培养模式中存在的主要问题, 着重阐述了以培养方案为核心, 强化工程教学与工程实践的结合; 以技能竞赛为补充, 提高学生的实践动手能力; 以创新创意作 品竞赛为引导, 培养学生创新意识和能力的人才培养模式。
Abstract:
This paper analyzes in three aspects themain problems in developing the basic abilities of applied undergraduates of mechan ical engineering. It emphasizes that we shou ld cen ter on the t rain ing scheme and combine the teaching of engineering with practice. We should help students acqu ire p ract ical sk ills th rough skill competition s, and cultivate their ab ility to create and innovate by p romo t ing studen t s’ innovat ional wo rk s.
