摘要:
开发区在地区经济中的作用日益重要。本文以常州开发区为例, 分析了我国开发区重复性建设的若干表现及其成因, 提出 必须体制创新, 以市场化模式开发、管理开发区, 取代目前的政府主导型开发、管理体制。
Abstract:
The economic dev elo pment zone has ex ercised i ts impo rta nt impact on the develo pment o f the lo cal economy. Taking Chang zhou eco nomic dev elopment zone as an ex ample, thi s article analy zes the exi sting problems during the dev elopment of eco nomic areas in China and propo ses several so lutio ns such as congrega ting a v ariety of resources and ex plo ring ov erall adva ntages o f the economic dev elopment zone.
