摘要:
高等教育大众化使原有的教育理念经受着巨大的冲击和挑战。学生工作肩负着学生思想教育和日常管理的任务, 是培养高 素质人才的重要保证。学生工作如何适应这种变化, 提高工作的针对性和有效性, 如何在观念、体制、方法上进行创新和重塑? 本文从分析变化因素入手, 探讨普通工科院校在大众化前提下学生思想教育管理需重点做好的工作。
Abstract:
As a result of the popula ri zatio n of high educa tio n, the o riginal educa tional no tio n has ex perienced tremendous impact and g rea t challenges. Student manag ement , focusing o n the ideological education and co nventio nal administ ratio n fo r students, i s rega rded as one of the mo st important g ua ra ntees of cultiva ting high - quality talent s. How wi ll student manag ement be adapted to the current si tuatio n? How should w e improve the pertinence a nd the effectiv eness of student manag ement and innova te i t in view of ideas, sy stems and methods? On the basis of popularization and th ro ug h analy zing the factors w hich bring about the chang es, this paper probes into the essential aspect s of student manag ement a t engineering universi ties.
