摘要:
随着我国高等教育大众化步伐的日益加快, 我国高校正面临着千载难逢的发展机遇。然而, 原有的教育经费以及单一的经 费来源已远远不能适应这一要求。高校负债(主要是向银行贷款) 办学既有其必要性, 也具有可行性。但是, 银行贷款是要还本 付息的, 它在给高校带来快速发展的同时, 也给高校带来了相应的风险, 高校应采取相应对策规避风险。
Abstract:
With the rapid growth of higher education in China, institutions are facing the unprecedented o pportunities fo r develo pment. However, the t radi tiona l educa tional funds and the single source of funds canno t meet the needs of the development. It is necessa ry and feasible to run a univ ersity on bank loans, w hich bring oppo rtuni ties to higher educa tion. Howev er, lo ans f rom the bank have to be returned wi th interest and therefo re bring co rresponding ri sks. Hig her educa tio nal insti tutio ns should take relevant measures to g ua rd ag ainst the ri sk.
