摘要:
论文依据常州市的实际情况, 提出实施综合安全工程, 提升中小化工企业安全水平的设想。论文在介绍了综合安全工程的 功能结构后, 阐述了当前首先应该做好的工作。为促进常州市的安全科学研究, 建议建立“常州市安全科学研究基金”。
Abstract:
According to the practice of Chang zhou City , this article put s forw ard the idea to car ry out integ rating safety engineering to raise the safety lev el of medium- scale and small- sca le chemical enterprises o f Chang zhou City. After int ro ducing the function and configuration of integ ra ting safety engineering , the a rticle expatiates on the w ork that should be well done cur rent ly. It also sugg est s th e establishmeut of " Chang zhou sa fety science study fund" to promo te the study of safety science in Cha ng zho u city.
