利用多媒体计算机和计算机网络开展网络教育已经成为现代教育技术应用的重要内容之一, 它给教育带来了巨大的变革。
开展网上远程教育是教育和教学技术手段上的一项创新, 高等院校要以网络技术的飞速发展为契机, 及时转变教学观念, 要从教
学思想、教学目标、教学内容、教学过程、教学评价等方面, 形成新的教学机制和教学模式, 以适应时代发展的要求。

The application of multimedia computers and netw orks in the field of educatio n is o ne of the
important achiev ements of modern educatio nal technolog y and g reat chang es hav e taken place in this area.
Di stant on - line inst ructio n i s an innov atio n of educa tio nal tech nolog y. Institutions of hig her learning
should seize the precious oppo rtunity to reform the conceptions, goals, materials, procedures a nd
evaluation of teaching so as to develop a new mechanism and pat tern to keep pace w ith the rapid
development of society.
